EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I’ll be honest: I don’t know exactly why I’m here.
I mean, I can answer the smaller lower case “here” one pretty easily.
I’m here with Magnetry because I love solving problems as creatively and efficiently as possible with some of the most brilliant and fantastic human beings I’ve ever known.
But the other here. The capital H one. That’s tougher.
Is it to put my talents to use in advertising across a career that has spanned Chicago, New York and Los Angeles at agencies as varied as Leo Burnett, BBDO, TBWA Chiat/Day and Zambezi on products and services that cover just about every facet of the modern economic ecosystem?
Is it to be a husband to my wife and father to two fairly remarkable kids who seem to have (hopefully) not realized just how uncool their dad is?
Is it to finally crack the code on how to make the perfect homemade corn dog?
Is that it?
I don’t know.
They say the two most beautiful days in your life are the day you are born and the day you learn why.
I’m guess I’m still learning.
And man am I enjoying the education.
