As someone with degrees in International Relations and Computer Science, the last place I would have expected to be working was in advertising. Funny the path life takes us on right? I have never been afraid of pursuing niche interests (custom building keyboards, sim-racing, ice hockey goalie), instead relishing the ways in which disparate pursuits and information can be synthesized together in fascinating ways.This lifelong appetite for knowledge, combined with a childhood years spent online in forums/multiplayer lobbies, has led to a deep connection with the gaming community and online subcultures writ large. All these various pursuits, interests (and a healthy dose of Reddit rabbit holes) are what I use every day in my thinking when tackling the complex problems that we solve daily at Magnetry.
